Strawberries: Easy To Love

I love strawberries. I eat them straight from the pack and don't even bother rinsing them off. They just taste so good that I don't feel the need to do so.
There are stalls upon stalls selling strawberries fresh, frozen and made into jams and ready-to-eat desserts such as strawberry mousse, strawberry cheesecake, strawberry whipped cream and the most famous, strawberry shortcake!
There are times, however, where I might dust them only with a bit of confectioner's sugar as it gives them a little bit of texture that works well in certain desserts like ice creams and others.

Strawberries lend themselves very well when making something sweet.
I love the color and shape of these strawberries! Also, there are silicone molds with this design, so decided to purchase one for myself!
What can be more fun than making mini strawberries in chocolate or sugar paste? I love it!

The strawberry-shaped treats are popular now on Instagram: you can create cakesicles, cookies, chocolates and sugar-paste strawberries to decorate cakes, cupcakes, and more. They are so cute and stylish!
In fact, my friend Pamela (she is a great pastry chef) this month has created many cakesicles with strawberries, chocolate and colorful sticks whit a strawberries silicone mold! They were so cute and easy to create!
When it comes to design for eating, the strawberry is unbeatable!
