Who doesn't love cupcakes? They are a delicious and fun dessert choice. They're great for any occasion and everyone loves them: kids and adults. Did you know that cupcake themed parties are one of the most popular party choices? Cupcakes are also available pretty much anywhere- there are hundreds of bakeries, stores, and even trucks where you can buy them.

A cupcake (literally "cake in a cup"), is a sweet mini cake baked in a ceramic ramekin, buttered and floured or in a baking paper like the one of muffin preparation. They have been popular for some years now also Italy.
Cupcakes are ideal for a tea with friends, as a snack in the afternoon or to serve them when you have guests at home.

They are delicious in all variations, from chocolate to red velvet to carrot cake and of course the classics vanilla and chocolate. They are easy to prepare and can be decorated in a thousand ways: by inserting pieces of chocolate in the frosting, with sprinkles, with fruit, with candy or nuts. You can make beautiful creations using buttercream frosting and different types of cake butter cream is my favorite!

My favorite flavor is red velvet cupcake or strawberry cupcake.
