Where is my order shipping from?
We are located in Toronto, Ontario CANADA, and can have weather delays during the winter months.

It's the time from when your order is placed until it ships, the time needed to pull and pack your order for shipment. Processing times can vary depending on our current volume of orders and stock arrivals.
VERY IMPORTANT CANADA POST NOTICE: many of our packages ship via the Canada Postal Service. The days shown on checkout DO NOT account for our processing time and are often not accurate or account for holidays, weather delays, etc. We are not able to edit this information which is why we list all the details here so you understand how processing and shipping work in our shop. It is your responsibility to contact us if you are on a tight deadline so we can let you know if we can get you your order in time.

Once you receive your shipping notice with tracking information your package will be picked up by Canada Post generally within 24-48 hours. Please allow some days for your tracking number to become active.
